fit-at-work: Pilates

The health of our employees is important, which is why bet-at-home.com offers its staff an internal sports programme to go with the wide range of individual examinations that are a part of the fit-at-work focus. Weekly Pilates sessions with expert instructor Sabine Rittberger are a staple of the fit-at-work offer.

The perfect answer

A maximum of twelve employees can attend each session. This allows Sabine to support each participant individually and take their current physical condition into account. We are particularly pleased that more and more male colleagues have been enjoying sessions in recent weeks. Pilates is the perfect answer to working in an office every day. It improves your fitness and helps prevent back pains or postural defects. Furthermore, it is the ideal full-body workout and helps to strengthen your muscles – particularly the pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles. Pilates is also regarded as a “body and mind workout”, as it helps you to improve your concentration skills and reduce stress.

Diverse training

There are over 500 different exercises, meaning that you’re sure to never get bored when training! Balls and resistance bands, as well as other equipment, are often used to keep things fresh. “In 10 sessions, you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body,” promised the founder of this fitness phenomenon, Joseph H. Pilates.
