Workshop: Sleep better
The health of bet-at-home.com’s employees is a top priority for us. Therefore we regularly offer a wide range of workshops and presentations about health-specific topics like “Sleep better” under the motto “fit at work”. It goes without saying that our employees take up this diverse offer in numbers.
In November, clinical psychologist MMag. Lisa Birkner paid us a visit and shared her specialist knowledge as to how we can sleep better and addressed questions and specific problems about this. This subject included topics such as the biological clock, dealing with sleep disorders and relaxation techniques. At the end of the workshop, Ms. Birkner provided our staff with practical tips on how to ensure that we can start each day well-rested and with a spring in our step!
