The entire bet-at-home.com team got the new year off to a great start. So that everyone stays healthy and motivated in 2019, there will be plenty of action again this year.

Sports, health & events

Our varied “fit-at-work” offer is very popular. Various individual consultations and health promoting examinations are the basis for the team’s wellbeing. Additionally, they can give their all in sports. Football, tennis and CrossFit are always on the schedule. Besides, we now also offer badminton, and in summer, beach volleyball completes the offer.

Aside from that, there will be many cool events: The ski trip in January, the summer trip in September and our beach volleyball tournament in July are a must. But there is one event that everyone is already looking forward to at the start of the year: the legendary Christmas party! It is always the perfect way to end the year.

Further training and career fairs

But we won’t just rest on our laurels, we want to keep improving. That’s why personal and professional development is very important. There are subject-specific courses and workshops for our team members within the company or externally, and we visit many conferences and lectures so that everyone is up to date.

So that we master future projects successfully and reach our goals, we are always looking for people to strengthen our team. Career fairs play an important role: “These events are the ideal opportunity to get to know motivated and talented team players. As there is a lack of trained, skilled staff in the IT sector, we are particularly active in this area”, says the head of HR, Silke Gruber.
