
VIP Growth & Account Manager (all genders)
Your challenges
- Collaborate with the Management team to create and refine a comprehensive VIP strategy that aligns with our company goals and enhances the customer experience for our valued VIP clients
- Provide dedicated, personalized support to VIP customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and attention. Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication and engagement
- Conduct thorough analyses of gaming behavior, sales trends, and customer preferences to better understand VIP clients' needs and tailor services and offerings accordingly
- Plan and implement unique, exclusive promotions designed specifically for our VIP customers, ensuring they receive unparalleled value and engagement with our brand
- Act as a key coordinator to improve the overall VIP offering by collaborating with various teams such as marketing, sales, and product to ensure a cohesive and enriched experience for our VIP clientele
Your profile
- Fields of study in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or Hospitality Management
- 3-5 years of experience as a VIP Account Manager, preferably in the online gaming industry
- Additional training in Customer Psychology and Data Analysis (KPI/ROI tracking, CRM systems) is a plus
- Experience in project management, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives
- Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a bonus
- Familiarity with dealing in regulated markets
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and outstanding communication proficiency are paramount
