What you'll do

Be the go to person for our VIP players, providing personalised support that ensures an unforgettable experience.
Analyse player behaviour, sales trends, and customer needs to uncover opportunities for growth and retention.
Design and implement exclusive campaigns and promotions tailored to VIP customers.
Collaborate across departments to continuously enhance and optimise our VIP offering.
Lead VIP -related projects from planning to execution, applying best-practice processes while ensuring compliance.

Who You Are

You bring 2–3 years of experience as a VIP Account Manager, ideally in iGaming.
You’re a native-level German speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
You understand iGaming products and player behaviour like the back of your hand.
You have experience in regulated markets and a proven track record of implementing VIP processes successfully.
You excel in communication, thrive on delivering top notch service, and enjoy building long term relationships.
You’re flexible and willing to travel approximately 20% of the time.

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Malta at the time of application. We offer a competitive salary starting from €42,000 gross per annum with the possibility of adjustment based on experience and qualifications.
