Responsible Gaming Agent (all genders)

Your Challenge
- After completing our onboarding training, together with our Responsible Gaming team you will work with our customer service team on a daily basis regarding safe gambling queries.
- By using analytical tools, you will monitor the gaming behaviour of our customers to identify potentially risky customers and problem gambling. You will encourage our customers to use player protection measures.
- The implementation of follow-up measures in the case of problem gambling behaviour and detailed documentation in this regard are part of your tasks.
- You ensure that day-to-day responsible gaming tasks in the various jurisdictions are carried out in accordance within the regulations.
Your Profile
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- We require experience in customer contact (ideally via live chat or telephone)
- You have proven expertise in supporting customers with responsible gaming (experience in responsible gaming is an advantage)
- Empathy, dealing professionally with potentially risky clients and taking responsibility can be expected of you
- You have an analytical and precise way of working, which enables you to identify vulnerable customers and to offer solution strategies
- You are a team player and have a proactive personality
- Confidential handling of sensitive information in compliance with data protection can be entrusted to you
- 9-to-5 is for others! Players need support from early in the morning until late at night, so it's okay for you to work in flexible shifts (including weekends). Schedule flexibility is also crucial, so that team coverage remains adequate while you and your colleagues enjoy well-deserved vacations.

You are not living in Linz?
No problem, with 3 home office days per week, even a longer commute can be arranged.
In addition, you can expect a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2,600.00 for 38,5 hours/week. However, depending on your qualification and job experience, we are willing to pay more than that. We are looking forward to receive your application!
