junior Customer Solution Agent

We are looking for passionate, team-player individuals with great communication skills to join our team in Malta.

Your Challenge
- Resolve general customer queries via email, live chat, phone and any other additional channel as may be required
- Review and process customer complaints
- Helping customers to verify their accounts with our KYC (Know-Your-Customer) procedures
- Communicate with 2nd line support team to solve customer issues efficiently
- Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
Your Profile
- German on native-level and fluent in English
- Customer service experience is considered a plus
- You are customer oriented and have a solution-oriented work approach
- A keen interest in sports & iGaming
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- This role is on a shift basis: (5 days a week, 40 hours per week). Shifts can range from Monday to Sunday, morning to night.
