What you'll do
- Plan, execute, monitor, and report on affiliate marketing activities with a strong focus on online casino products
- Acquire, manage, and grow casino-focused affiliate partners and external affiliate networks
- Continuously optimise and expand the affiliate partner program to ensure sustainable, performance-driven growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing operational, technical, and commercial support
- Identify underperforming partners and proactively renegotiate or restructure agreements
- Develop and execute casino-specific campaigns and manage affiliate communications
Who You Are
- Degree in Marketing, E-Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online marketing, ideally within affiliate marketing and online casino environments
- Strong expertise in affiliate acquisition, partner management, and performance optimisation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights from KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and reporting tools
- Good understanding of compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming requirements
- Fluent in English; experience in DACH markets is a plus

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Malta at the time of application. We offer a competitive salary starting from €40,000 gross per annum with the possibility of adjustment based on experience and qualifications.
