As a Product Manager, you'll become part of a dynamic product team that sits at the heart of our business. You'll help manage and develop our sportsbook product, analyze market trends, coordinate cross-departmental projects, and bring new ideas to life, all while ensuring our platform is as engaging and competitive as possible.
What you'll do
- Monitor and analyze current trends in the sportsbook and iGaming industry
- Manage and optimize the structure and appeal of the sports betting product
- Support the development and evaluation of new product ideas in line with company strategy
- Assist in prioritizing and assessing the feasibility of product initiatives
- Continuously improve the sportsbook segment based on customer behavior and data insights
- Act as a communication bridge between departments such as Marketing, CRM and Customer Support
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers, including offer sourcing and coordination
- Monitor product KPIs, interpret performance deviations and market feedback, and support the development of efficient reporting systems in collaboration with the BI team
- Product configuration (sorting, banners, payout settings, odds margins, cashout values)
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and opportunity analyses
- Create MVPs, manage product backlogs, and test new features prior to go-live
- Daily KPI monitoring and quick interpretation of performance deviations
What you bring
- A background in sports management, iGaming, or digital product development is a strong plus
- 5 years of hands-on experience in operational sports betting management
- Proven exposure to digital product management, preferably in the sportsbook or gaming industry
- Solid understanding of sports betting platforms, user behavior, and risk management systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms is a must
- Knowledge of German language is preferred
- Great passion for the world of sports

We offer a competitive salary starting from € 42,000 gross per annum.
